Over time, she took on more strategic roles, managing inventories, orders, openings, closings, and Expo control, gaining a deep understanding of restaurant operations. Her leadership and dedication led her to make history in June 2024, becoming the first woman to hold the position of Executive Chef at Divieto Doral.
