Our beef is 100% Angus, top quality, and has never been frozen.Our chicken is organic, free from antibiotics, hormones, and chemical washes. Our seafood arrives fresh, ready to be prepared on the spot. Our fruits and vegetables are sourced from local suppliers, supporting our community and ensuring freshness.

In our kitchen, we do not use frozen products or ingredients containing monosodium glutamate (MSG). The cooking oil we use is vegetable-based and MSG-free, and the oil we serve with our bread is extra virgin olive oil.

The bread we serve each day is made with just four ingredients: flour, water, salt, and natural yeast. Nothing more. No accelerators, no preservatives—just the essentials for fresh, authentic bread.

All our sauces and dressings are prepared in-house, and each dish is cooked the same day to ensure it arrives at your table with the best flavor and freshness possible.
